Returns and refunds


Return Policy To provide you a worry free shopping experience, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items sourced or delivered outside India.

Please contact Customer Care before initiating Return.

When you return your product, please indicate the reason (in case you wish to) for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.

We will refund you the cost of the returned item, less shipping cost. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products ordered from our website

The below products are exempted from no questions asked policy:

Apparels
Electronics and Mobiles
Products perishable in Nature
Gift certificates
Body jewelry
Perfumes and cosmetics
Personalized products
Items that have been used
An item not returned in the condition it was received
Any item received by us in a damaged condition

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order till 24 hours before the delivery time.The cancelleation fee is 10%

You can expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to tinysurprise.com (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.

For any applicable refunds the full INR amount which has been charged is refunded which is converted into US Dollar or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate. The difference if any in the refund and amount charged is due to the fluctuation of the conversion rate. In some cases where an international credit card has been used the Credit Card Issuing Company levies a transaction charge for any charge / refund issued. The applicable charge is decided by the issuing bank. tinysurprise.com would refund only the amount charged in INR as displayed on the website. tinysurprise.com is not responsible for any charge levied by the credit card Issuing bank for the foreign transaction.

All prices are in INR and the US Dollar price shown on the site has been calculated for the purpose of indication only at the conversion rate of INR 53.67 to a US Dollar.

The USD prices shown on the site are only indicative and for your reference.
Therefore, the amount charged is the INR value of the product displayed on the site which is converted into US Dollar or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate while passing on the order to the payment gateway.

Note : The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange

Damaged or Defective Goods

If an item ordered by you on tinysurprise.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, contact us within 7 days for a replacement. The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange. You are required to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered to our logistic partners as intimated to you by our Customer Service representative.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Caution: Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

Non delivery of order Perishable goods -

For perishable items the delivery will be attempted only once. After the attempt the order will be canceled and no further attempt will be made to deliver it. No refunds or cancellations will be made for perishable goods.

Non-perishable goods - Our logistic partners will attempt to deliver the item twice or will try to contact you if the parcel could not be delivered to you due to reasons like Address incorrect, Recipient not available, or it is refused by the recipient . In the unlikely event the product could not be delivered we will return the goods to tinysurprise.com office in Chennai and the customer will be informed. The goods will be held for 7 days at the office, redelivery to an alternate address can be requested within this period at an additional delivery charge. In case of products whose order value is more than Rs 2000, we would be refunding the amount after deducting 25% of order value.
